Sometimes it’s difficult to understand where all of that extra weight comes from. Whatever stage of pregnancy or life we’re in, our bodies are ever-changing. We need to stay in tune.
One of the most efficient ways to control how much we eat is most definitely eating consciously. No diet nor regime will help as much as understanding when to give into our cravings, and feed our hunger, and when exactly is the right moment to stop.
Eating consciously comes from being aware that what we intake effects the way we live, think, work, breathe… And the list goes on.
Whether we like to admit it or not, breakfast is, and always will be, one of the most important components of our daily routine.
Remember, it’s early in the day that willpower is trained!
Grab a simple bowl of oatmeal, nutritious toppings, and a cup of tea. The manner of preparation is less important, as long as it’s done with love.
Besides moderate exercize and fruity snacks, healthy breakfasts are most definitely what evened out my life, and changed it for the better years ago. What provided me with even more fulfilment was preparing similar meals for friends and family, positively influencing their habits, too.
Take a few minutes to do something good for yourself tomorrow morning, and never forget to enjoy the process, however many things you’re juggling. This is how breakfast changed my life.
