Easy Return Policy
Returns are easy! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the option of returning it within 30 days of purchase. Send us the item you would like to exchange or return and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you! Just give us a call at (713)-623-1800 from 10am-5pm CST Monday-Friday, or send a mail to email@example.com.
To Return, follow these 3 easy steps:
- Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own package.
- Include the original invoice in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice, give us a call or email us at 713-623-1800 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Take the package to your preferred carrier, pay for postage and send the package to:

It’s as simple as that! Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt and the payment is refunded back to the original form of payment (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Our Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, items must be received back within 30 days from confirmed delivery date as stated on your tracking number.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Online Credit:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items marked as clearance
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- All items must be unwashed, unworn, and include all original tags still attached to garment
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error
